Confidentiality

Fair Practices

All products and services will be offered fairly without discrimination on the basis of gender, caste, religion, income level, or region.

Marketing and promotion will be responsible and not misleading.

Recovery of dues will be conducted with dignity, without harassment or undue pressure.

Responsible Conduct

Employees shall maintain professional behavior during work hours and at all official interactions.

Grievance Redressal

A structured Grievance Redressal Mechanism is in place to ensure accountability and resolution.

Breach of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination or legal consequences.
