Clear, accurate, and complete information must be provided about all products and services, including applicable charges and risks.<\/p>\n

Integrity and Ethics<\/strong><\/p>\n

Employees must act with honesty and uphold the reputation of the Company at all times.<\/p>\n

Bribery, corruption, or unethical practices in any form are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

All financial transactions must be conducted transparently and in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.<\/p>\n

Compliance with Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

All business operations will comply with the relevant provisions of:<\/p>\n

Reserve Bank of India (RBI)<\/strong> guidelines<\/p>\n

FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Other applicable laws and regulations<\/p>\n

Employees must stay updated with regulatory requirements and undergo regular training.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n

Customer information is confidential and must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.<\/p>\n

Data privacy policies must be strictly followed to protect customer identity and transaction details.<\/p>\n

Fair Practices<\/strong><\/p>\n

All products and services will be offered fairly without discrimination on the basis of gender, caste, religion, income level, or region.<\/p>\n

Marketing and promotion will be responsible and not misleading.<\/p>\n

Recovery of dues will be conducted with dignity, without harassment or undue pressure.<\/p>\n

Responsible Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n

Employees shall maintain professional behavior during work hours and at all official interactions.<\/p>\n

Conflicts of interest, if any, must be disclosed to management immediately.<\/p>\n

No employee shall misuse company resources or customer relationships for personal gain.<\/p>\n

Workplace Behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct in the workplace will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n

A safe, inclusive, and respectful environment must be maintained at all times.<\/p>\n

Grievance Redressal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Customers have the right to raise complaints, which will be addressed promptly and fairly.<\/p>\n

A structured Grievance Redressal Mechanism<\/strong> is in place to ensure accountability and resolution.<\/p>\n

Accountability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Breach of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination or legal consequences.<\/p>\n

All employees must sign and acknowledge this Code and are responsible for upholding its values.<\/p>\n
